Second of 30 Days

Hmmm... that little cursor sat on my screen blinking at me.  Patiently waiting for me to begin this list.  I stared at it, it blinked at me.  I love making lists, but not about myself.
  1. And there you have #1. I love making lists.  Lists for groceries, lists for cleaning, lists for events, etc.
  2. Autumn is my favorite season and Halloween is my favorite holiday.  I don't care what you say.  These are the best.
  3. I'm 5' 1" tall.  Jean companies don't understand that not every one is 6ft tall.  I have to scour the shelves for jeans labeled "short".  It hurts me a little.
  4. I'm addicted to soda. Specifically, Cherry RC/Coke. Except I live in Kentucky where all sodas are called Coke.  There are just different flavors/brands of coke.
  5. I hate Pepsi.
  6. I love Kentucky, but have an irrational need to be at the beach.
  7. I enjoy learning about the history of a place, area, location.  I want to hear their stories.
  8. Because of #7, I also enjoy cemeteries and always want to know more about the people there.
  9. I don't have a specific religion.  I do believe in something greater than ourselves though.
  10. I love some flip flops!  I'd wear them all year if people didn't look at me funny.
  11. I have NEVER been west of the Mississippi River.
  12. I'm an Android lover.  *gasp*
  13. I have five half-brothers.  They all grew up in Florida.  Lucky bastards.
  14. I've had the same best friend since we were around 11-12 years old.  She took a blogging hiatus, but has returned here.
  15. My husband and I are high school sweethearts.  We started dating in 1994, got married in 2000.
  16. We were very young, didn't listen, and I became pregnant at 16.  I had a miscarriage around 8-9 weeks.  I was too young to really grasp the magnitude of it all.  He/she would have been 19 years old now.
  17. I can change my own oil, oil/air filters, tires, and spark plugs.
  18. I taught myself how to knit this year!
  19. I breast fed all three of my children for various lengths of time.
  20. I also used cloth diapers with our youngest child.  It's much easier than you think and saved us thousands of dollars.
And there you have it.  Twenty facts about me.

  1. I too love making lists! Though its just as easy for me to talk about me too. lol Loved reading this! *am doing this same challenge, but only on Friday's, I am up to day 10 for this coming week*

    1. I did write this whole week on Sunday! It's hard to get a break with a two year old!

  2. This is a great list.

I totally hear you on the jeans length thing. The problem I have is that I'm too short for the regular pants and too tall for the short ones. It's so annoying!

    1. Why can't they make ladies jeans like they do mens? All waist sizes available in tons of different lengths!
